In his professional career he has spent years learning everything there is to know about various industries involving business setup to Domestic and International taxation laws and loan arrangements.
He is a Certified Fraud Investigator and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has in-depth knowledge of the valuations of the corporates. He has made his expertise in financial reporting as per IFRS Framework and handled Audits of Listed MNCs across various industries.
He is a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) with IBBI and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and brings in experience of over 35 years of experience in Audit &assurance and management advisory. He has been associated with the audit and assurance of large companies from diverse industry segments including FMCG, insurance, aquaculture, oil and chemicals, processed foods, etc.
He specializes in consultancy in areas of corporate law, valuation, mergers, and acquisition. He strongly believes in the value of grooming existing clients and venturing into expansion and new businesses.
